The World Blind Union works in the areas of representation, capacity building and resource sharing. Priorities are coordinated by various committees and working groups and monitored by the WBU Officers. The key priorities and initiatives are articulated in the WBU Strategic Plan and the Workplan found in this section. Moreover, much of the work undertaken by the WBU on behalf of its members is carried out by the six WBU Regions and by WBU members who assume responsibility for various initiatives.
